East Coast Asian Dog Rescue, Inc. can always use your help. We depend on volunteers from Florida to Maine to help generate interest, prepare our dogs for new homes, and to help us achieve financial goals to cover the costs of veterinary care for the dogs in our foster program.

Be a Regional Representative or Transport Coordinator. Your organizational skills and computer savvy can be put to good use.

Be a Transporter. All you need is a vehicle and some spare time to help us move our rescue dogs to their foster or forever homes.

Be a Foster “parent.” It’s been said that fosters give their hearts twice – once to take in a rescue and once to let it go. It’s the hardest job you’ll ever love.

Be an Ambassador. You have the opportunity to be a “public relations” representative for rescue. Become knowledgeable about the Asian breeds and help spread the word – networking. Pass out East Coast Asian Dog Rescue, Inc. literature to anyone interested. Make up business cards (or ask us) and leave them on pet supply store bulletin boards, in veterinarian offices, etc. If you hear of someone thinking about adopting, send them to our website.

Be a Petfinder.com Detective. Search your state for Asian dogs in shelters (especially kill shelters) and alert the E.C.A.D.R., Inc. Board of Directors and other members so that arrangements can be started to get the dog into the program.
